ZF-501型多功能紫外透射仪的用途：
ZF-501AB型多功能紫外透射仪是我厂在征集了广大用户建议，总结了我厂多年来制造这方面仪器的经验，参照了国外同类仪器的优点，会同有关专家精心设计制造的新一代实验分析仪器，它的研制成功，为我国的现代科学研究，提供了又一种新的工具。
可广泛适用于PCR工程、遗传工程、分子遗传学、微生物学、分子生物学、生物制品，医学卫生、药品药物的研究和检定。该仪器还可适用于卫生防疫部门，食品行业，纺织行业，石油橡胶化工行业，探矿行业，考古部门对文物的鉴定，*部门的痕检及对假票的检定，适用于凡是需要进行荧光分析和检定的部门，是从事现代科学研究部门，检验监督部门的常用*仪器。
，两侧各安装了254nm和365nm的紫外光源，并在一侧安装了可见光源，透射紫外光源采有310nm紫外光源，灯管采用紧密排列，仪器可另外配备摄影照相装置。
经过有关部门使用后鉴定，**为：该仪器不但可以用可见光源对一班的资料图片进行反拍，由有两侧都有紫外光源，在使用两侧紫外光源时，被检物质的清晰度可大大提高，在使用透射紫外光源对DNA和RNA的条带进行观察和拍摄时，因为采用了各种波长紫外光和紧密形排列安装新工艺，所以其清晰度可接近国外同类仪器的水平，并排除了在照相底片上出现灯管阴影的现象，确有多种用途和多种功能的实验分析仪器。
的技术规范和注意事项：
仪器底部为透射式的可见光源和310中波紫外光源另可按用户需要配365nm或254nm，紫外光源，用于蛋白类凝胶泳区带和核酸凝胶电泳区带的检测和摄影。
